Specific project details, scope of work, pricing, timelines, warranties, and other terms will be outlined in a separate, written contract or proposal (“Service Agreement”) directly between Turner Contractors LLC and the client for each specific project. In case of any conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the terms of the Service Agreement shall prevail regarding the specific project covered by that agreement.

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE MUST BE COMMENCED22 WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION23 OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
